Oh happy (Incubus) day!

My Incubus shirt finally arrived! It fits me perfectly & is wonderfully turquoise - I'm in love. I ordered it about a month ago, but didn't want to pay more for faster delivery which meant I had to wait. But: it also meant bigger anticipation & I was so excited to find the parcel in the letterbox today that I ripped it open while I was in the lift.

The title of this post is "Oh happy (Incubus) day!" (I can't seem to post something without mentioning them..) & that is caused by great news coming from them.

1. Brandon Boyd's first solo album "The Wild Trapeze" was released today. I ordered a hard copy - I realise this means more waiting, sad - but it's also available on iTunes (apparently only in the States at the moment, it'll take some more time in Europe - same for Amazon). It's possible to listen to snippets of all the songs on Amazon though!



2. Incubus head back to the studio. The release of the new album is scheduled for 2011. I seriously CANNOT wait. I haven't seen them live yet. It'll be a dream come true. I should start saving up for next year, I guess it'll be expensive...

Tomorrow is the FIFA worldcup semi-final Germany vs Spain (cheering on Germany, of course!) and on Sunday the whole thing will be over already. Time is running away these days. July is also my exam month - not too excited about that. It'll be hard but in three weeks it'll all be over.
